Returns:

Customized/engraved products are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.
5. Warranty & Repairs
Lifetime Warranty: Covers defects in materials/workmanship (excludes misuse).
Claims Process: Contact Customer Service with proof of purchase.
Non-Covered Issues: Chips from impact, thermal shock, or commercial use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, designs, text) is owned by IKEA.
Unauthorized use (e.g., reselling counterfeit products) will result in legal action.

ALDI is not liable for:
Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
Product misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: French law (for EU purchases).
Arbitration: Disputes resolved via mediation in Paris before litigation.
