Shipping Policies
Shipment to multiple locations from a single order is currently not available.
Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Your shipment confirmation email will have tracking numbers for each shipment related to an order.
Weekend and holiday delivery are not available.
For orders not qualifying for special shipping offers, shipping charges will be based on the total merchandise amount. A detailed list of standard shipping fees by order value is available here.
Order Processing Time
In-stock items are usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-4 business days after order approval. Please check your shipping confirmation email for delivery details. Orders are not processed during national holidays (such as Christmas). All orders are subject to credit review before shipment.
Delivery Methods & Time
We offer standard ground shipping for your order
For standard ground shipping, expect delivery within 7 to 12 business days after your order is processed.
All delivery times are estimates.
Damage or Loss During Shipping
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping. Please check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and contact UPS with any problems with your shipment.
